Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Xclusive Access LLC("Cyvilo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Cyvilo, either as a creator with an account or as a visitor to a creator's Cyvilo page.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create a Cyvilo account, we collect your email address and, if you choose a password login, a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password in plain text.
Page content. The photo, display name, tagline, specialties, and links you add to your page.
Billing information. If you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects and processes your payment card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and renewal dates) from Stripe.
Usage data. We record when a link on your page is clicked (to show you basic analytics) and log moderation decisions made about your content. We may also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Domain information. If you connect or purchase a custom domain, we process the domain name and associated DNS verification records.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and operate your account and page;
- To screen photos and text against our content standards before they're published;
- To process subscription payments and manage billing;
- To show you basic analytics about your page (such as link click counts);
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
3. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate Cyvilo, including:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
- Vercel — application hosting, file storage for uploaded photos, and domain management;
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
- Sightengine and/or OpenAI — automated content moderation of uploaded photos and text, when active;
- Domain registrars — if you connect or purchase a custom domain.
Each of these providers processes information under its own privacy policy and only for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Cyvilo, our users, or others.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your dashboard session working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and page information for as long as your account is active. Moderation decision records are retained as an audit trail even after content is edited or removed. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@cyvilo.com. You can also update or delete most of your page content directly from your dashboard at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
Cyvilo is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level database security — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
Our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using Cyvilo, you consent to this transfer and processing.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
